  1. Return Eligibility and Procedure:
    • 1.1 We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • 1.2 Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

    • 1.4 Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
    • 1.5 If you are unable to arrange return shipping, MyKegger can assist, but the cost will be deducted from your refund if the return is accepted.
  2. Non-Defective Items:
    • 2.1 We do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, as we prioritize foot safety concerns.
  3. Faulty Product or Product not as Described:
    • 3.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, of poor quality, or not as described, please notify MyKegger immediately.
    • 3.2 Claims for faults must be made within the first 7 days of receiving the product.
    • 3.3 If the fault is confirmed within this period, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, excluding freight costs.
    • 3.4 After 7 days, faulty products must be returned to MyKegger for assessment. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt and assessment of the product.
    • 3.5 MyKegger reserves the right to repair, refund, or replace products based on the assessment of the fault.
  4. Missing or Incorrect Items:
    • 4.1 If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please notify MyKegger within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • 4.2 Photographic evidence may be required to verify missing or incorrect items.
    • 4.3 We conduct thorough reviews to validate claims of missing or incorrect items.
    • 4.4 Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.
  5. Shipping and Handling:
    • 5.1 If items were picked up, they must be returned to MyKegger for a refund or exchange.
    • 5.2 Customers are responsible for adequately packaging returned items.
    • 5.3 MyKegger will cover delivery costs for returned items if necessary.
